Lipsh, age 69 of Park River, ND passed away on Sunday, November 25, 2012 at Riverview Hospi- tal of Crookston, MN. Diane Louise Mandt was born September 13, 1943 in Grafton, ND, the daughter of the late Lloyd O. and Doris J. (Kluxdal) Mandt. She gradu- ated from Walsh County Agri- cultural School in Park River, ND. In 1963 Diane was trotted in marriage to Daniel J. Lipsh. They lived in Chicago, Fordville, rural Pisek and Park River. Di/me worked for various farm- ers on the Potato Harvester, Hot Stuff Pizza, The Guest House, The Good Samaritan Center and most recently Marvin Windows retiring in 2009. Diane loved reading, playing cards, crocheting with the ladies at Our Saviour's and visiting with family and friends. Diane was a lnember of the Our Saviour's Lutheran Church and WELCA and the Our Sav- tour's Lutheran Church Circle. Diane is survived by her chil- dren: David Lipsh, Pisek, ND: Brian (Liz) Lipsh, Grand Forks, ND; Barbara (Mike) Manuk, Grafton, OH; five grand- children and one great grandchild; brothers: David (Donette) Mandt, Grand Forks, ND; W. Paul (Nikki) M a n d t Jamestown, ND; sisters: Adele (David) Olson, Jamestown, ND; Jean (Lauren) Selliken, Grand Forks, ND; Joyce (Daryle) Nick- erson, Park River, ND. She was preceded in death by her parents and sister Barbara. Funeral Services were held Friday, November 30, 2012 at 11:00 A.M. at the Our Saviour's Lutheran Church, Park River. Visitation was Thursday from 5- 7 P.M. with a prayer service at 7:00 P.M. at the Tollefson Fu- neral Home of Park River. Interment will be at the Me- morial Park Cemetery, Park River, ND. Clarence Trenda was born May 22, 1926 in Latona Township of Walsh County, the son of the late Adolph and Rosalie (Sticha) Trenda. He attended rural schools in Latona Township. Fol- lowing his education he farmed with his parents. Clarence was united in marriage to Viola Jallo on June 6, 1947 at Quale Lutheran Church, rural Fordville, ND. The couple lived and farmed in Latona Township until 1994. They moved into Park River in 2003 and Viola passed away on June 2, 2005. Clarence was a member of the former Trinity Lutheran Church of Lankin. He served on the Lankin School Board for several years. He was a member of the W.F.L.A. Kosobud Lodge near Lankin. Clarence had a great love of music and played drums in several bands in Northeast North Dakota. He is survived by his son Greg (Gall) Trenda, Adams, ND; two grandchildren: Jerod (Monica) Trenda, Moorhead, MN; Tina Trenda, Park River, ND, a great grandson Cole Trenda, Moorhead, MN; brothers-in-law: Earl Trenda; Rich- field, WA and Santbrd (Mavis) Jallo, Phoenix, AZ. Several nieces and nephews also survive. He was the last surviving mem- ber of his immediate family. He was preceded in death by his par- ents, wife and sisters: Mildred Pic and Geneva Matejcek. Funeral services were held Monday, December 3, 2012 at 10:30 A.M. at Tollefson Funeral Home of Park River. Visitation was Sunday from 5-7 with a prayer service at 7:00 PM at the Tollefson Funeral Home of Park River. Interment will be at Kosobud Cemetery, rural Lankin, ND.
