Senior Meals and Transportation The Senior Meal Program will be opening all eight meal sites in the county be- : ginning July 1, 2021. We will also continue the Take-Out meals for the foresee- able future if you do not feel comfortable coming and eating at the meal site. All Senior citizens 60 years of age and over or a spouse of someone over 60 are en- couraged to take advantage of the senior meal program to pick up meals, eat at the center, or request a home-delivered meal. In 2018, Stacie was diagnosed with stage 2 breast cancer. After completing aggressive chemotherapy, radiation, and two reconstructive surgeries, Stacie was cancer flee. Unfortunately, inAugust 2021, scans showed that the cancer had returned and had metastasized to her brain, liver, lungs, breast, and lymph nodes. She is now diagnosed with stage 4 terminal cancer. Sta- cie rebently completed whole brainiadiation and will be beginning chemotherapy soon. Besides the physical and emotional toll, cancer has also caused a financial bur- den. The aggressive treatment is hard ‘on her body. Stacie is married to Travis, and they have three wonderful kids - Collin (3), Caleb (5), and Kara (13).
