Save these recipes and bake some at a later date. Cocoa Coconut Cookies 2C. flour • 1/2 tsp. soda • 1/2 tsp. salt • 1/2 C. cocoa • 1 C. butter • 1 1/3 C. sugar • 2 eggs • 2 tsp. vanilla • 1 1/4 C. flaked coconut Crbme butter and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla and cocoa. Mix well. Add flour, soda, salt and coconut. Drop on greased cookie sheet and bake 12-15 minutes, at 350 degrees. "Big Batch" Oatmeal Cookies 2 C. lard • 1 1/2 C. brown sugar • 3 1/2 C. flour • 2 tsp. soda • 12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips • 1 1/2 C. white sugar • 4 eggs, beaten • 1 tsp. salt • 4 C. oatmeal Crbme the lard and sugars. Add eggs, mix well, add chocolate chips, min in all remaining ingredients. Bake at 375 degrees 12 to 15 minutes. Little Ginger Snaps 3/4 C. shortening • 1 1/2 C. sugar • 3/4 C. molasses 3 1/2 C. flour • 2 eggs • 4 tsp. soda • 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon • 1/2 tsp. ginger • 1/2 tsp. salt Mix all ingredients thoroughly and roll into balls, walnut size, dip in sugar. Place on a greased cookie sheet and flatten. Bake at 35o degrees 10 to 12 minutes. No Roll Sugar Cookies 1 C. butter or Crisco • 2 eggs, well beaten • 1 tsp. soda • 2 C. sugar • 2 tsp. cream tarter ° 3 C. flour, plus 2 Tbsp. Mix all ingredients together. Chill dough. Shape in small balls; press flat with a glass dipped in sugar. Bake at 350 degrees. Watch closely no to burn them. Macaroons Beat 3 egg whites, stiff • 2 C. cornflakes • 1 Tbsp. flour • 1 C. sugar • 1 C. coconut • 1 Tsp. vanilla Mix all ingredients and drop by tsp. on greased cookie sheet.
