Megan is the daughter of Allen and Lori Ternquist and is a mem- ber of the New Horizons 4-H Club. National 4-H Conference is a week long program with the purposes of involving youth with program development, and strengthening the development of 4-H public relations programs. Megan had the opportunities to meet with North Dakota's Con- gressional delegation on Capitol Hill, see the sites in our Nation's Capitol, and make new friends.
