Oistad, III recommended hiring Nicole Peschong as the Valley-Edinburg Elementary Secretary position. The Board's directive was to contact her and offer the position to her. VOCATIONAL Vocational schedule for fall classes were handed out to the board and discussion followed. REA Board directive to cast a vote for Stremick on the Governing Board Ballot BUILDING & GROUNDS MSC: HalI-Gullickson to acknowledge CC15.1-07-17 regarding conflict of interest in having Pastorek Construction doing work for district Assuming a roll-call vote-vote Unanimous NEW BUSINESS DISTRICT PUPIL MEMBERSHIP SUMMARY MSC: Goodoien-Gullickson to approve ADM of 207.87 Assuming a roll-call vote-vote unanimous TRANSPORTATION REPORT MSC: HalI-Goodoien to approve transportation report of 125,350 miles CANVASS ELECTION f-;ESULTS Valley-Edinburg Public School District No. 118 County of Pembina, held school board election on June 10, 2014. There were 87 votes cast for the former Valley Area Member of School Board fol" a term of three years, of which Dan Johnson received 80 votes; of which Larry McCollum received 5 votes; of which Frank Olimb received 1 vote; of which Paul O'Toole received 1 vote. Dan Johnson having received the highest number of votes was declared the elected Member of School Board for 3 years from the former Valley area. There were 89 votes cast for the former Edinburg Area Member of School Board for a term of three years, of which Janne Myrdal received 84 votes; of which Lindsay Fingarson received 1 vote; el which Jeanette Gemmill received 2 votes; of which Steve Ashpole received 1 vote; of which Mark Myrdal received 1 vote. Janne Myrdal having received the highest number of votes was declared the elected Member of the School Board for 3 years from the former Edinburg area.
