The boys of Legion Post 147 made their first ap- pearance at home in five years at last week's game in Park River against Nelson County. Above: Park River's Levi Cudmore awaits the throw from the catcher as a Nelson County run- ner tries to steal second. Right: Gabe Hankey charges the baseball hoping to make a play at the plate. Park River American Legion Post 147 fell to Nelson County 12-6. The 19 and under league had trouble in recent years gathering enough players to fill out a roster.
