The event will be catered by Shenanigan's from Grafton. -Walsh County Veterans Service Office The Minnesota Twins in order to honor our nation's veteran have come up with a couple of promotions that allow service members and veterans to get tickets for tree or at a reduced rate. Military Appreciation Day Every year, the Twins hold an annual "Anned Forces Appreciation Day" that honors veterans and active service members from all five branches of the military. The celebration includes special pregame fes- tivities and more than 1,000 donated tickets for military members and their thmilies. Some activities consist of a fly over with WWII-era planes, a memorial Uibute to service members from Twins Territory, and the Min- nesota Military Appreciation Fund presenting checks to Purple Heart re- cipients.
