Amanda (Suminski) Schultz was ordained into the ministry of Word and Sacrament in the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America on Saturday, June 1, 2013 at Adams Mountain Lutheran Church in Adams, NO. Bishop Jim Arends of the La Crosse Area Synod presided at the ordination. Amanda graduated with a Mas- ter of Divinity degree from Luther Seminary on May 19, 2013. She accepted a call to serve as pastor of three churches, Bethany, Immanuel, and Trinity Lutheran in Cashton, WI. She and her husband Steve make their home in Cashton. School and the Uni- versity of North Dako- Suminski and the granddaughter of the Conrad B. Hall Conrad B. Hall, age 71 of Park Riv- er, ND passed away on Wednesday, June 19, 2013 at his home in Park River. Conrad B. Hall was born November 3, 1941 in Dahlen, ND the son of the late Charles and Stel- la (Benson) Hall. He attended schools in Walsh County. Fol- lowing his educa- tion, Conrad served in the United States Army from November of 1959 to October of 1962. Upon his discharge he returned to the area and worked on the Minuteman Missile sites in the area. He later worked construction in Montana and later worked:as a-transporta- tion specialist in Las Vegas. Con- rad retired in 2009 and returned to Park River. He was united in marriage to Julieann Siders on June 11, 2011 in Park River. Hennesy Meyer and Bradley Wolfe, 10 step-grandchil- dren, one step-great grandson and his- brothers, Gordon (Inez) Hall, Griffon, ND; Curtis (Carol) Hall, Hele- na, MT; Tom (Chris) Hall, Har- lingen, TX; Dennis (Pat) Hall, Cascade, MT; Larry Hall, Buckley, WA, brother-in-law, Joel Midgarden, Park River, ND. Several nieces and nephews also survive. Conrad was preceded in death by his parents, sister, Janet Midgarden and sister-in-law, Kaye Hall. Memorial _Services were held Tuesday, June 25, 2013 at 10:00 A.M. at Our Saviour's Lutheran Church of Park River. Visitation was one hour prior to the service at the church.
