The parks program could then see what the best way to utilize the ten- nis courts in the Little Park would be. According to the USTA website, Tennis Block Par- ties are a way for commu- nities to promote their local tennis programs to players of all ages and abilities. The goals of the pro- gram are to introduce new players to the game, gener- ate excitement, and create awareness about the USTA and its programs.
