Always best is something simple. Punch is always a winner. It is easy to make and serves 125 people. Cherry Punch 4 small boxes cherry jell-o 6 C. sugar 2 large cans of fi'uit punch 1- 6 oz can frozen lemonade 2 quarts ginger ale (added last) Mix the jell-o as directed on the box making sure all is dissolved. Add remaining ingredients, stirring and mixing thoroughly. Just before serving, add the ginger ale. Freeze some of this punch in a ring mild to float in your punch bowl. Never use ice cubes in your punch as this weakens the taste, Pineapple Punch 3, #3 size cans of pink Hawaiian Punch 2, # 2 size cans of unsweetened pineapple juice 2 quarts of 7-up or ginger ale Chill all ingredients. Mix the Hawaiian punch and pineapple juice. Just before serving pour over the juices, and ginger ale or 7-up with ice cubes in punch bowl. Yields 75. *Little round buns or/hncy cookies are often served. Ham on the buns are tasty and go well with ptmch dril ks, open face buns with cheese is good too. With many kinds of potato chips on the market today, dips of all kinds are prepared; maybe you would like that for graduation. Chip Dip 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese 2 Tbsp. French dressing 2 Tbsp. catsup 1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion l/8 tsp. garlic salt 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce Beat all ingredients to creamy, refrigerate l hour before serving. Cheese Dip 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese 8 oz. sour cream 1 pkg. powdered cheese from macaroni and cheese 8 oz. mayonnaise 1 Tbsp. liquid smoke Mix all ingredients thoroughly and enjoy.
