Jill Bergstedt and Andrew Miller served as festival managers. The NDHSAA State Class B Festival includes vocal and instrumental solos and ensembles including up to 12 participants per en- try. Judges heard 830 entries involving 1,434 participants. Each judge had the opportunity to grant one Outstanding Performer award from the entries adjudicated during the day. Inducted as new members were Hunter Baldwin, Lexy Buck, Cortney BurneR, Levi Cudmore, Kate- lyn Desautel, Miranda Dusek, Aidan Heidt, Lexi Hemandez, Zakari Hemandez, Brock Janikowski, Betsy Jiskra, Felicia Lee, West- on Lopez, Brooke Lunski, Angela Martinez, Breanna Nelson, Taylor Nelson, Sam Novak, Katelyn Schmuck, Emma Such, and Karl Tucker. Membership in the honor society is North Valley Career-Tech Center's highest award for excellence in career and technical educa- tion. Members are selected based on their overall academic GPA, grades earned in ca- reer and technical classes, involvement in CTE student youth organizations, and leadership qualities.
