By Kelli Johnson PARK RIVER, N.D. -- Being On Earth Day, April 22, Abbigail Borgeson was honored for her second place "Keep ND Clean" Poster in Washburn, N.D.,, at the Lewis & Clark Interpretive Cen- ter. Earlier this school year all first 22, Abby, her family, and Mrs. Johnson went to the Award Cere- mony and Luncheon where Abby was given an award, medallion, and cash prize. The Lewis and Clark Interpre- tive Center invited all winners, their fhmilies, and teachers to look around the center. Edmore was once part of the Park River Area track co-op, but had as of a few years ago co-oped with Lakota. Lakota is part of the Nelson County co-op, which left Edmore on their own as they are in Ramsey County. Edmore is no longer part of the Lakota co- op, options are being weighed with Langdon being one of them.
