I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude
to the Doctors, staff, Co-workers of First Care
Health Center, Unity Medical Center, Good
Samaritan Center, Midgarden Family Clinic,
Sunset Lutheran Home, and Walsh County
Public Health. Dr. Wakefield, Dr. Mark Siegel,
Dr. & Mrs. Ashok to the communities of the
area, People of North Dakota for the
hundreds of cards, flowers, memorials, ford
and expression of sympathy and
overwhelming support given at the passing of
my husband. Thank you Park River
Ambulance, Walsh County Emergency
Medical Services for one of the most difficult
job and painful experience you had to deal
with trying to save the life of your Medical
Director. The pain couldn't be worse for all of
us. To all the patients of First Care Health
Center, Unity Medical Center, all the patients
of Dr. Omotunde that were looking forward to
see him that fateful day and that fateful week,
that he never showed up at wDrk. To the area
ministers that did a wonderful job at the
Memorial Service. To the Chief Executive
Officers of Unity Medical Center, Mr. Butler,
and First Care Health Center, Mrs. Dryburgh.
What a void this has created. Karen Heftta,

Ann Pohanka, Linda Larson, Oh my Godi
What can I say? To all the former staff of
Doctors Clinic, Mr. and Mrs. Hylden, that you
for having the strength to sing at the memorial
service of your friend. Mr. Mike Such of
Tollefson Funeral Home, special thanks to
you for an excellent job and support you gave
me during the difficult tim'es. My gratitude to
Adele Momerak, Delaine.Russum, Karen
Heftta, Karen Bigwood, Kristy Hajicek, Julie
Johnson, Lisa Orlando, Amber Cummings
and Mary English for the prayer shawl. My
thanks to my wonderful neighbors Mr. & Mrs.
Jeff and Patti Dahlen for taking care of the
house while I was away and for the constant
snow removal while my husband was alive
and after he died. My gratitude to the
Principal, teachers, staff and students, class
of 2017 of Park River High School for their
support and accommodating us for the
ceremony. Thank you to my nephew Senator
Joey Miller and my son Mark Jensen,
members of the Lutheran church for the
dinner. Dr. and. Mrs. Kotnik thank you for your
nightly dinner. Thank you Mr. arid Mrs. Rest
:for taking care of Ifedayo while his dad was
alive and at his passing. I know that my life
will never be the same again without my
husband but "Because He lives I can face
tomorrow." Because of your prayers and
support (My family of Walsh County and
North Dakota) I know I can have the strength
and courage to carry on and fulfill his dream
and I will be able to bear this everlasting pain
in my heart. Thank you for all you've been to
Dr. "O" and I for the past twenty-four years.

Florice L. Ford
Florice L. Ford, age 95 of Far-
go, ND and formerly of Park Riv-
er, ND passed away on Tuesday,
March 5, 2013 at the Sanford Pal-
liative Care Unit of Fargo.
Florice L. Bakke was born July
7, 1917 in Golden Valley Township,
Walsh County, ND, the daughter of
the late Thorvald and Sophia
(Ellingson) Bakke. She attended ru-
ral school in Golden Valley Town-
ship and graduated from the Walsh
County Agricultural School in Park
River. Following her education she
worked for the ASC office in Park
River for eight years. Florice was
united in marriage to David A.
Ford on December 4, 1943 in Park,
River. The couple made their home l,
in Park River and they farmed in the:
Park River area. David passe&
away on October 8, !995 and
Florice then moved to Fargo to live
with her daughter Pat.
: She was a member of the Park
River Federated Church and WMF,
the Order of Eastern Star, P.E.O. and
the Park River Formightly club.
Florice held offices in all of these
organizations.
Florice is survived by her daugh-
ter, Pat (Herman) Novak, Fargo,
ND; two grandchildren: Todd
(Anna) Novak, Apple Valley, MN
and Heather (Doug) Peterson, Min-
netonka, MN; five great grand-
children: Charlie, Alex and Ella No-
vak andAzia and Zoe Peterson. She
was the last surviving member of
her immediate family. She was
preceded in death by her parents,
husband and sister Lorraine Wind-
ingland.
Funeral services were held Sat-
urday, March 9, 2013 at 2:30 P.M.
at the Park River Federated Church.
Visitation was Saturday for one hour
prior to the service. Interment will
be at Memorial Park Cemetery, Park
River, ND.
